LA indie label Dangerbird Records will release the debut solo album from Eagles of Death Metal frontman Jesse "The Devil" Hughes, under the moniker Boots Electric.

Jesse is currently finishing the album in Dangerbird's own Los Angeles studios with Tony Hoffer, the in-demand producer of artists including Beck, Depeche Mode, Supergrass, and Air.

The show was amazing... it was a real rock extravaganza and the crowd was awash with love for BOC. Two special guests came on board to add to the rock-ness: Alain Johannes and Arctic Monkeys' Alex Turner both played acoustic sets. We have received a fantastic array of auction items to benefit the BOC fund. We will be launching a special ebay auction via the lovely folks at Sweet Relief.
